Have you lost your AVS internet connection?
Before contacting support, please do the following steps:
- Check our Network Status page for potential service interruptions. AVS reserves the right to perform network maintenance between 12 AM and 6 AM, which may result in service interruptions during that timeframe.
- Reboot your devices that will not connect to the internet.
- Power cycle your AVS-provided internet equipment by unplugging it from the electrical outlet, waiting at least three minutes, then plugging it back in. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your internet connection to be restored.
If basic troubleshooting does not restore your services, you may contact our support team.

Standard Support Hours:
Weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding major holidays.
After-Hours Support Hours: (provided on a call-back basis)
Weekdays 5 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays 8 AM to 8 PM & Sundays 12 PM to 5 PM, excluding major holidays.
After-hours support cannot accept payments and cannot restore service for disconnected customers due to account balance issues. To resolve billing issues, contact AVS during normal business hours.
